Are you getting a blank screen when you click "Begin" in your Invitation email? It may be an issue with your browser. We find that in most cases, one of these steps resolves the issue:


1. Try taking the interview in a different browser (ideally Firefox or Chrome).


2. Check if Javascript is enabled. If not, enable Javascript. Instructions for enabling Javascript on different browsers.


3. Clear your browser cache and attempt to retake the interview. Instructions for clearing your cache on different browsers.


If this still does not resolve the issue, please let us know and include a screenshot of what you are seeing. We'll work with our Engineering team to identify the root cause.
